Dr.Radha
Kumar is an academically oriented Board certified Internist,
who specializes in primary care issues pertaining to
adults, with special emphasis on preventive care. Her
areas of special interest include treatment of Diabetes,
Hypertension, Asthma, Skin disorders and other chronic
health conditions. The practice caters to individuals
12 years of age and above. She completed her undergraduate
education at Kilpauk Medical College, University of
Madras, India in December 1989. She then, did her residency
in Internal Medicine at NYU Downtown Hospital, New York.
This included an appointment as Associate Chief resident
in the Internal medicine training program. Subsequently,
she was an attending physician at Beth Israel Medical
Center, New York.
She currently
maintains full privileges at JFK Medical Center, Edison
and Robert Wood Johnson hospital at Rahway.
She is an
Aviation Medical Examiner authorized by the FAA to perform
class II and class III pilot physical exams.
She is committed
